This privacy policy applies to the Two Wings app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, which was created by neutsoft (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider"). The Application offers optional in-app purchases and rewarded advertisements and is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. The Application uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to improve the service and analyze usage patterns. In this process, the Application may automatically collect application usage data, device information (such as device model and operating system), non-identifiable user identifiers (such as advertising ID), and IP addresses. The collected information does not include data that can directly identify an individual and is used solely for statistical analysis and service quality improvement purposes.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device. The Application may use third-party advertising services that may use personal data to provide personalized advertisements. The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Please note that uninstalling the Application will stop additional data collection but will not automatically delete data that has already been collected and stored. If you have created an account, you may delete your account and associated data directly within the Application using the account deletion feature. Upon completion of the account deletion process, the Service Provider will delete the personal data stored on its own servers, such as account information and in-game progress, except where retention is required by law. Please note that data collected and processed by third-party services (e.g., analytics or advertising providers) is subject to their respective privacy policies and data retention practices.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains user data only for as long as an account remains active. When a user deletes their account using the in-app account deletion feature, the Service Provider deletes the personal data stored on its own servers, such as account information and in-game progress, immediately, except for any data that must be retained to comply with legal obligations. Data collected and processed by third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies and data retention practices.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Since the Application does not include an age verification process, the Service Provider cannot determine the age of users. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete such information stored on its own servers immediately. Data that may have been collected and processed by third-party services is subject to the respective privacy policies and data retention practices of those third-party service providers.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
